Total Weddings LLC Giveaway Terms & Conditions

 

1. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States only.

  • Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.

  • The wedding must take place within 150 miles of Raleigh, NC.

  • Employees of Total Weddings, their immediate families, and household members are not eligible to participate.

  • Total Weddings reserves the right to refuse a wedding date, even if the winner is chosen.

 

2. How to Enter

  • Participants may enter by completing the online form at totalwed.com/giveaway, providing their full name, email address, and phone number.

  • Multiple entries are allowed through the referral system. Each unique referral link used to enter the giveaway will provide additional entries.

  • There is no fee or purchase required to enter.

 

3. Entry Period

  • The giveaway begins on January 6, 2025, and ends on June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

  • Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

 

4. Prizes

  • Grand Prize: One winner will receive a free wedding videography standard package. Additional services or add-ons are not included but may be purchased at discounted rates.

  • The wedding date must be August 1, 2025, or later.

  • The prize is transferable to another person chosen by the winner but cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Additional bonus prizes may be awarded to other participants.

 

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The grand prize winner will be selected by a random draw on January 27, 2025.

  • Winners will be notified via the email and phone number provided at entry.

  • Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in the selection of an alternate winner.

 

6. Taxes

  • Total Weddings will cover applicable taxes associated with the prize.

 

7. Limitations of Liability

  • Total Weddings is not responsible for technical failures, unauthorized access, or other issues that may affect the integrity or entry process of the giveaway.

  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Total Weddings from any claims or liability arising from their participation or acceptance of the prize.

  • The giveaway is governed by the laws of North Carolina and the United States.

  • Total Weddings reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that the giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms.

 

9. Disputes

Any disputes related to this giveaway will be resolved in accordance with the laws of North Carolina.
