Assist in crafting a personalized, hour-by-hour wedding day timeline, tailored to your needs.

Venue and Vendor Coordination

Lead a complete walk-through of your venue space (Raleigh-local weddings only) to plan every detail in the actual setting.

Connect with your vendor team 8 weeks out, establishing ourselves as their main point of contact. You focus on enjoying the process while we handle the logistics.

Share access to our preferred vendor list to help you choose trusted professionals who match your style and budget.

Provide limited correspondence prior to 8 weeks for vendor inquiries and planning questions to help you stay organized and stress-free.
Final Preparations

Host a detailed final meeting 2 weeks before your wedding to review logistics, finalize your timeline, and ensure everything is ready to go.

Direct and supervise your ceremony rehearsal (one hour), ensuring every member of your wedding party knows their role and feels confident for the big day.
